 Changes at SpiriTrek
We have recently completed the infinity deck and gazebo for weddings and events. If provides a peaceful shaded area with an amazing feeling of connection to air and nature. It is perfect for weddings, seminars, parties and any other event you desire. It is also a wonderful area for quiet contemplation or bird watching. An additional area for outdoor events and receptions has been created where a large tent can be setup if needed. |
 Wedding Special
Rent the entire facility for 3 days and two nights for $3,500. This includes it all! The infinity deck, bunkhouse, all suites, banquet room, swimming pool, all outdoor areas and more. For those on a budget the infinity deck, outdoor areas and bridal prep room for one day costs only $850.

Biofeedback Therapy - cost $90/hr

Raindrop Therapy - cost $95/session
Raindrop Treatment uses essential oils that are thought to have anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties. Raindrop therapy has helped bring relief to chronic pain sufferers. Raindrop therapy was developed by D. Gary Young, founder of Young Living Essential Oils, based on techniques taught to him by a Lakota medicine man named Wallace Black Elk. In Lakota Native American healing practices, healers sweep a feather upwards along the spine in imitation of the Northern Lights, which are revered for their healing energy. There are 9 essential oils used in raindrop therapy: 7 single oils and 2 therapeutic blends. A person receiving raindrop therapy lays facedown as oils are dropped up their back from a height of 6-12 inches. The oils are gently massaged in with the Lakota "feathering" motion. After the essential oils have been applied, a towel soaked in hot water is applied to the back to drive the oils further into the body. Vitaflex, a foot reflexology technique, is used to apply the same oils to the spine reflexology points along each foot.

Introductory Myofascial Release

This workshop is a hands on introduction to myofascial release. Myofascial release is a type of body work that is beneficial for everyone. Help your family and friends or add it to your massage or other therapeutic business. Anyone can attend the class, it is open to anyone who wants to learn. Myofascial release can greatly improve range of motion, release scar tissue, reduce or relieve pain (if pain is caused by myofascial restriction), sciatica, neck pain, back pain, carpal tunnel, frozen shoulder, and other problems that are related to physical and emotional injuries. Myofascial release focuses on releasing and relaxing subdermal fascia as well as inner muscle fascia.

Weekly Exercise Class with Elizabeth Kahan
Thursdays 4pm at SpiriTrek
Elizabeth is currently having a group session on Thursdays at 4pm in the banquet room at SpiriTrek or on the new deck when the weather is not too hot Elizabeth is a personal trainer who offers a unique style of strengthening and flexibility training. It is a mix of pilates and yoga done on mats, standing and sitting. Call her for more information or just come to a class and see if you like it. She also offers private sessions at your home.

We can accommodate groups that are wanting a facility that has overnight accommodations. We have a bunkhouse that sleeps 16 which has a kitchenette. This is a great opportunity for groups and family reunions. The cost is only $50 per bed/night. Forest Suites cost $100 per night and $80 per night for multiple night rental. We have a luxurious suite that sleeps 4 with it's own kitchen and deck. This rents for $180/night. Special if a minimum of two nights are rented it costs $150/night. |
